Pahl Turbine for Zyclone V3 and SD.Mechanics

Why is PAHL our choice for the Zyclone V3 & SD Mechanics? Simply the system is lighter, simpler and stronger in design and makes more power at less engine speed. The gear train uses larger externally mounted gears for easy maintenance and inspection at a glance (no disassembly of the turbine required for inspection!). It is fully cooled by the incoming airstream.

The engine features full auto start from the transmitter. The on-board E.C.U. automates the starting ,running and shutdown of the engine. Propane is used to start the turbine until operational engine speed and temptress is reached, the E.C.U. then automatically switches over to Kerosene.

Other Features include:

Efficient cooling using the incoming air stream to cool the gearbox.
Maintenance on gearbox could be done by the modeler.
Turbine running rpm between 85.000 - 90.000rpm
or 22500 rpm on the clutch
Clutch available with 20 up to 28 teeth gives possible head speeds between 650 -1650 rpm's using the SD-Mechanics
Control using the Orbit electronics
All turbines fit to the SD-Mechanics and Zyclone models.

Our pricing policy is to eliminate unnecessary overheads so our prices compare to overseas prices. If you compare our prices you will find that were possible they are similar to what you would pay for the same item landed in Australia.
